Ordered a robe. Said it was being shipped would be here in 2 to 4 days. Never received it. Contacted customer service after about 10 days. They said they don’t have anymore. Looked on line still showing one in stock. They never bothered to even email me to let me know that I was never going to get the robe.

Absolutely love my robe ! Had been looking for one like this for over 30years . So very happy to have found this one . It fits perfectly and the length is perfect as well. Only one problem and that is shedding of fluff from the robe. I put it on air fluff in the drier for 3 1hrs trips in the drier. Crazy how much fluff comes off the robe . Nice and warm I love it .
