Refund policy

At Bath & Robes, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Each piece, from our signature Chenille Robes to our wider collection, is designed to bring lasting comfort and refined luxury to your wardrobe.

We want you to be completely delighted with your purchase. However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re pleased to offer a Hassle-Free Returns & Exchange Service.

  • Return Period: Items may be returned or exchanged within 28 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Please ensure products are unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.

  • After 28 Days: Returns received after this period will be eligible for a Bath & Robes Gift Card, which can be redeemed online at any time.

  • Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.

  • Custom made Robe - We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom made robes. An email will be sent to notifiy you if the robe you ordered is not eligible for a return 

 

  • Return Shipping: Return postage and shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
