Gorgeous bathrobe, exactly what i was looking for, not seen in shops. Loved mine so much bought another one for my best friend!

The robe is too small and I don’t even normally wear a 1x but wanted a robe that was generous in size.
I have emailed 3 times about exchanging the robe for a larger size but haven’t received an answer.
Overal I am very disappointed in your customer service.
