Returns & Exchanges Policy

Bath & Robes is extremely dedicated and confident in delivering an unforgettable experience to our customers. We take great pride in offering our customers high standard quality products such as our Chenille Robes. In our efforts to offer a bespoke service, we endeavour to offer a Hassle-Free Returns and Exchange service for those not completely satisfied.

Any unwanted item must be returned and exchanged within 28 days of delivery and with the original packaging and tags on the product. 
For items returned after 28 days, a gift card will be issued for all customers. This will be redeemed online and can be used at any time. We charge a 10% restocking fee for all of our Returns.

Please note that any Returns and Exchanges sent to Bath & Robes will be made at the customers own shipping expense. 

 

How Long Does The Return Process Take?

After the unwanted item is received, our aim is to process the refund within 48 hours. It may take up to 7 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) for the transaction to be refunded.
The refund will be returned to the same Credit Card/PayPal Account that was used while purchasing the goods (excluding shipping charges) 

 

How Do I Return/Exchange an Item?

Returning/Exchanging an item has never been so easy at Bath & Robes. Please contact us at sales@bathandrobes.com within 14 days after receiving your order including the reason for your Return or Exchange. Our excellent customer service team will contact you within 24 hours to proceed your Return/Exchange with no questions asked. You will only have to Repack All contents in the original packing, it's simple as that!
